ACCOLADES
I would like to thank all the staff at 3011 E. Rosser, Bozeman Drive, Tony Baker and Kay Hanson for making sure those doctor appointments, open shifts, and all the support that you gave me while I was off with personal leave. Without your support things would not have ran as well as they did. I thank you all, for making it easy for me, to be able to take off the time that I needed to be gone.
- All mileage forms must be turned in to your supervisor by the 15th of the month. The forms are then due into the Business Office by the 20th. Any forms received after the 20th may not meet the payroll deadline and will then go on to your next month=s paycheck.
