Individuals receiving employment support through Pride have a low percentage of consumer job loss/turnover. Pride is the largest provider of supportive employment in North Dakota.

Employment Services

Pride offers individual and group employment options for people who want to become a part of their communities’ workforce. The Supported Employment program provides job placement, job coaching, and support to assist individuals in gaining meaningful employment. The goal of the Supported Employment program is to provide ongoing support to allow the individual to become successful in the vocational setting.
