An in-home senior services program designed to assist adults and seniors that require support to remain living in their own homes.  The program may provide support for:

• Provide Relief to Care Giver
• Grocery and Personal Shopping
• Transportation to Appointments and for Errands
• Money Management
• Recreation and Leisure Activities
• Light Housekeeping
• Meal Preparation
• Personal Care
• Companionship

Center based Services

A center-based program where seniors enjoy companionship and activities to assist them in maintaining life skills.

A Drop in program is also available at the Center.
