Pride has a low percentage of consumer job loss/turnover, and is the largest provider of supportive employment in North Dakota. Pride offers individual and group employment options for people who want to become a part of their community workforce.

The Employment Services program provides job placement, job coaching, and support to assist individuals in obtaining and maintaining meaningful employment. The goal of the program is to provide ongoing support to allow the individual to become successful in the employment setting.
